We deliver our bespoke blinds throughout the UK free of charge.
Made to measure orders will be delivered by TNT courier service using a next working day service and a signature is required on delivery.
We will notify you the day before your order is to be delivered. All made to measure orders are trackable via our courier. If you are not in when your blind arrives, a card will be left giving you the option to arrange a suitable delivery.
All sample orders are sent by the Royal Mail.
We really want you to be happy with your purchase so please contact us if you have a problem. We will always do our best to resolve it.
We are happy to accept returns if the blind is faulty, however we are unable to accept returns if the wrong measurements were provided or if you are unhappy with the fabric without having seen a sample.
Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements are non-refundable, unless faulty.
In the unfortunate instance that an item is faulty please contact us immediately. If the item needs to be returned please ensure that it is securely wrapped in its original packaging.
It is advised that returns are sent tracked and with adequate insurance.
